I would consider your site search engine friendly at high level. You need to work on details. Each page should have unique title to describe the content of that page. Details about search engine friendly, read Write Search Engine Friendly Web Pages - Search Engine Optimization

I agree with dejaone
Your site is search engine friendly. But you should try to name your filenames such as audio-mp3 instead of 2003-1. That helps a lot.
