Be warned, by using mass search engine submitters you may end up blacklisting your website by adding it to the same search engine more then a couple times. I would recommend trying a differant webpage from the list below each week to avoid your site being banned from major search engines, such as google.

I wrote a program that can find a list of pages where you can add your sites or exchange links with for specific keywords.

Link Partner Finder

If you don't enter any keywords and hit enter key, it will give you a general list for submitting sites - the # of pages found was 97 millions.

The program uses Yahoo API.
