SEO feedback and tips

Hello,

I have been trying to optimize my site (keyword is trying) and would like any feedback as to how I am doing or what I need to do. I have gotten feedback saying I have too many Google ads. Do the ads appear to make my site hard to read or make you not want to read it?

I realize I will be sandboxed with good for who knows how long but I would greatly appreciate any tips or feedback. Do I have enough Meta keywords? Are my alt tags long enough? Does it look like I stuffed them? Is my keyword density good? These are all thing I am still learning. Thanks in advance for your help!

It's a good and relivant starting point for the questions asked. I though at least....

I read about "keyword density" all over but I dont see any numbers, stats or percents... Is keyword densidy the number of time a keword repeats on your page? of is it the number or words in you meta keywords tag divided by the total number of words on you site?

So what percents are good? What should be the max? etc...

Your on the right track, Density is indeed the repeat percentage per page. Like all things SEO its a balance between flooding the page (and risking being flagged as a bloater and penalized) or missing a potential PR opportunity.
