How could I make my site, https://www.bkriegtech.net more SEO friendly? I'm not an SEO expert so the "For Dummies" explanation would be best.

Well. You need to do it in a step-by-step process.

First do your keyword research.
Then include your keywords you want to rank for in your website metadata and aim to attain 3% to 4% keyword density.
Then comes offpage optimization. Do some backlink building. Get more and more backlinks. QUality is important over quantity.

This is a SEO in a nutshell. But you need to really spend some time reading about SEO and get a hang of it..

SEO needs time and process to succeed

You need to gain your traffic first.

Try to write good articles or blogs, and then you can also post them to article websites...

You can also do forum posting with signatures, create a social networking profile like in Twitter or Facebook.

Also try to do press release when there's any news from your company.

Social bookmarking is also helpful plus directory listing

Maybe I'm naive, and I'm sorry if I come off that way...But I get a lot of hits, not sure what that has to do with SEO. I'm getting 50+ unique per day, sometimes more.

First things first. Every page on your site has the same Title.

Title tags are the single most important thing you can do on your site to get it indexed well. Change them to be relevant to each page.

<h2> for other titles
...

You can add title to you img tags.

Looks also like too much meta keywords (search for Meta Tag Analyzer)

H1 Tag And H2 Tags both are different if your mention your targeted keyword in H1 and seond target is second .it will giving more waitage for your website.

Put up some Analytics tool (like Google Analytics) to see what it is all about. You might be getting traffic from Ukrain and it's no good.
