SEO Suggestions for Site: Lake Geneva Wisconsin

Hey, if some of you guys could look over my site and give me any SEO recommendations, I would really appreciate it. I'm sorry if this is not the place for this post.

I am targeting a variety of keywords depending on the page.

The homepage is targeted for "Lake Geneva Wisconsin" and "Lake Geneva WI." As you can see, I've included the phrase "Lake Geneva Wisconsin" throughout the page, including headers as well as in the beginning of the text and in a footer in the bottom. In fact, I've included the footer that will remain on every page so that if someone searches for "dining in lake geneva wi," my page will be able to show up even if I fail to mention 'WI' in my body text. The same goes with many of the other pages.

Anyway, my primary focus was to have the links going into each page to be targeted for the page itself. Thus, the link going to the lodging page which is targeted for "Lake Genenva Lodging," is itself "lodging." I've also included the keywords in the folder and page name to get a little extra boosting. Also, you'll notice that I've done my best to include the target phrase in the beginning always in a H1 header as well as an H2 further down the page. I've gone very simple with the coding, trying to get as much body text in there as possible and as little code as possible.

That's primarily what I've done for internal factors... perhaps I should put a sitemap in... I don't know if this would help much. As for external SEO, I've contacted all the lodging places that I've included on my site to get links... it seems that most of these places are very unresponsive, though I plan on doing the same with many of the other places I've listed on the site. I've also payed the $299 and got admitted to the Yahoo! directory just recently, and I don't think that this has shown up yet with any of my rankings or lack thereof. I'm guessing that I should probably go out and get some links from some directories, but I haven't done so yet. I've submitted my site to DMOZ which seems like a far shot as far as the admission goes but we'll see about that.

Anyway, that's what I can think of off the top of my head. If you guys could give me some advice, that would be great.
