I know that the three components of Seo are: 1) seo- optimized unique and rich content; 2) quality backward links to your site; 3) engine-friendly tags.

yes H1 tag is important. Also you dont have any alt tags on your nav images.

the alt tags on your product images seem to be the product code, if you can change that to be the title of the product that could be good (minor though)

a little more content on the home poage would be good too. A short paragraph.

adding a privacy policy is also a good practice.

SEO is not easily but from what i understand it can be categorised into two main part which is onpage and offpage SEO. Onpage is focus on content and offpage is focus on directory listing and so on

Smile Your title tag
I notice you use the same title tag throughout your website. This is a big mistake.

Google builds an index on the title tag. You really need to have a title tag on each page that represents the textual content of each page.

By default this means that each title tag on each page will be different.
