SEO Tools
I have been doing some research on SEO and I have found a very helpful - as far as I can tell - Keyword search phrase checker from overture (does this apply the major SE's?)

I have also found a tool by Google that is in the beta phase right now. When you type in a phrase it will tell you how many pages will show in result.

I am looking for any other tools that are related to SEO that can help find keywords like this one, link checkers, keyword relevance checkers or anything else that may be useful.
