Sitemap and Google

So does it average that more links on sitemaps module not be indexed?
What does it exactly link?
Can i bang 500 course in a sitemap and google indexes them?

XML sitemap is better for Google and html sitemap is better for user.

Without sitemap also we can index web pages on search engines. Its just a key. HTML sitemap is used to increase user experience that he can browse your web pages very easily.

Sitemap is a must if you want search engines can index and crawl your website. XML sitemap is for search engines, HTML sitemap is for human visitors.
