Sites spoofing alexa ratings
Is there a way to spoof alexa ratings? yzoo dot co dot uk (this is not a link) claims to be top 100,000. If you visit it, it's got one page with a paragraph of content.

Apart from that, i don't know about anyone else but the search doesn't even work.

exactly. Alexa isn't really super-reliable, so don't take anything they have to say as fact.
