Software for submitting to search engines?

Hi,

Is it worth using such software to submit to search engines? If so what are the do's and the do nots. Can anyone recommend any software, I can found plenty of them on the net but which ones are decent. I don't mind paying for said software either.

Download.com came up with SubmissionSoft which they gave 4 stars too.

Thanks for any help on this.

Jake

Personally I'd be weary of using auto submissions because you are passing the control over to someone else. I know it takes a little longer to source directories yourself but you will know for sure that your URL is going into relevent, site specific directories.

Noodles23 agrees: I wouldn't submit to any search engines, but directories are a good idea.

According to me, do not use any software for search engine submission. Just submit your site manually in directories. Directory submission helps alot. It helps in getting more traffic. Due to this search engines automatically find & list your site.

Yes it is not necessary to submit your web resource into search engines bases, just create more links on the directories and SE spiders will index your site in near time. I'm using IBP 9.1 to promote my web sites, if you want to know...
Also I want you to pay attention in future to innovation techniques such web 2.0, social bookmarking, tagging... I've joined free report list at www.mavericksocializer.com/free-report.html and received some very interesting information from web 2.0 marketer (as he call himself) Konstantin Artemev. Such methods will be useful to get more high quality links.
M-m-m... It's all for now, I think...
