Anyone able to recommend a software which does similar to sites like addme.com, and do other features such as analyze your code, inserting meta tags for you etc?

I strongly recommend that you create meta tags and what not by hand. If you are talking about making changes to get higher rankings in search engines, hand coding is the only way to go.
