Templates to advertise on unused domain pages
I am looking for some templates for advertising on unused domain pages.
If they are configured to work with Google, Yahoo, Alexa etc that will be great. Are there some websites I can obtain them from, whether free or not? It will help if they can allow some customisation or can be embedded into other web pages.

Yes. The online casino companies all offer holding pages that you can use on unused domains. Try something like http://www.referback.com/index.asp?s=aff92043
They pay pretty well, so if you get a few hundred hits a month you can expect to make several hundred dollars a domain / month. Hope that helps.
