You can search through google, there are plenty of free directories site are listed there for link exchange.

Hi Muhammad Haris,
You should be very careful when you doing link exchange. It's advisable not to exchange link with a site which has a got PR 6 but has got 70 links on its page as that would provide hardly any vote to your site. If a site has got a PR 3 but only 20 links it is more worthwhile to do a exchange with this site rather than doing it with PR6 site. No point in adding a link in FFA directory as well.
