Text Menu Link vs. Icon Menu Link
Is google going to necessarily index a text index margin link better than a icon link any differently? Do you think the potential for your links to move up the google ranking will improve if you use font instead of icon links? Does google have issues reading the pic vs font links in an index?
From an aesthetics perspective pics usually look way better but from an indexing perspective is it more to my advantage to use font url links instead of pics? I've definitely noticed that google seems to read what's on pages so would the pic index links be ignored? |

You want to use text links for internal links as anchor text is an important part of SEO. Image links will work just fine but aren't your best SEO option.

So you'd suggest definitely going with the text for menu's then? |
