If you are trying to build PR by submitting to 100s of directories you no doubt have thought about hiring others to do this since it entails days of work to do. it can be done at 50% less then in the USA if you go offshore. A word to the wise: a lot of the offshore SEO companies that do this sort of "low level" SEO are actually cloaking to give the traffic to you and not building REAL back links. The problem with that is if they do it in some stupid way you might have troubles. So be careful who you do it to offshore.
