What is better: applepear.com or apple-pear.com?

What would give better search results if visitors type in Google the word "apple" and the word "pear": www.applepear.com or www.apple-pear.com?
Or does it make no difference?

Assuming both are available - I highly suggest you get both.

on the user side - users have hard times remembering a "-" in a URL.

many sites with the no hyphen recieve the opposite sites traffic - since the brains memory remembers often in the "sound" of the URL, not the visual image the person saw.

apple-pear sounds like "apple pear" and people put in applepear.com

I suggest you buy both! It's only 8 USD a year. And it solves your problem!

I shoud add that, on the SEO side - it makes 100% no difference. Your other SEO and SEM factors outway this battle ten million to one. So pick whichever you like the most image-wise, and don't worry, it won't make a difference in your SEO campaigns.
