What should I do to get visitors to my site?

I have a hard time getting visitors to one of my websites. What I have done so far:

• Added my site to Google
• Added site map
• Wrote 2 big articles in blogger and how to website
• Made sure the pages are valid html
• Got Google verification
• Added keyword and description tags
• Also wrote a huge article full of keywords

2 - I am pretty sure forums ban me if I advertise there. Years ago I was banned from a share accommodation website cause I used to advertise a website there. But I guess if I direct them to the article that wont be a problem then.

On question i answer, that you go on blogs and forums. Naue you can promote your web pages on forums on the most of them, but you can have your web pages in signatures.

Some don't even let links in the signature!!!!

Actually I am doing more interaction with Social Networking sites for getting more visitors. This is pretty nice idea to get more visitor but before that make a excellent profile about that product or business.

If you put link withaut www. like robotower.com, then their is no need to attack you, and google to see, put this bold, italic, underline or change color of text. If text is bolded, then google think is important. Youst one time you use for one word. No two times bold.
