why 0/10 google rank

Google is not going near my site and i cannot figure out why.
I have #5 position on yahoo when searching for "outdoor clerk" or "embassy queuing" but google has not indexed any of my pages.

I initially bought my willq4u.com from a provider that did not offer php on their server. I ended up getting an account with another provider and had to get my original domain pointed to the new account. Could that have anything to do with it?

SUPPORT EMAIL EXTRACT:
" You can point your willQ4u.com domain to your qassoc.com account by asking your provider for willQ4u.com to point this domain to the following name servers:
ns1.premierdns4.co.uk
ns2.premierdns4.co.uk
You will also need to order a domain mapping with us at http://www.supanames.co.uk/support/mapping.html "

I have been told that link sharing might help but I do not want to go down that route unless our content is closely related.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated

Yup you will need links to your site.

Here are few ways to get them :

1. Direct link exchange
2. Get listed on dmoz.org, many small SE take it's DB, so you'll end up with lot's
of links pointing to your page.
3. Write some articles, and have an resource box pointing to your page, submit those
to sites like articlecity or similar ...

Just make sure your old provider is using permanent redirects, not temporary redirects. Temporary redirects can get you banned by Google. See this article for more info: http://www.corporatewebsitemarketing.com/301-permanent-redirects.html

Yes that seemed to work

Yeah, that seemed to do the trick. Within a few days of posting some stuff in forums with a signature, Google had indexed the site. I don't think that it was coincidence. I had, however tidied my code up a bit after checking it with validator.w3.org and I changed my robots.txt, that was way off and it may well have been having a negative effect. So thanks to all you guys that offered suggestions.
