Why google display my website as a link?
Hi

I do a search for my website on google but it display only a simple text link but if I search for yahoo using google, it display lot more information instead for yahoo?

May I know what can cause this to happen? Did I miss something when I submit my website to google? Thank you

I presume that your page is not cached. I asked the same question in many forums and the followings are possible causes for this:

1) Not enough IBL
2) PR is not high enough
3) Content is not 100% original
4) Page is new

may i know what do you mean by "Not enough IBL" & "PR is not high enough"?

IBL = inbound link = link that points to a certain part of your website is what really guides Googlebot, Google's crawler. So, I think that having more IBL = inbound links = links that point to a certain part of your website would help.

PR, Google PageRank is the foundation of website's value. I'm simplifying the story here, but I think that the higher PR your website has, the better chance you have to get many many pages indexed in Google.

it means the page is in the index database but not fully processed to serve the query 'cause google doesn't have the resources or the page isn't important or interesting enough based on whatever google's criteria.
