Would this be classed as a Paid link system and if so would I get a penalized.

Hi guys and gals.
I am setting up an advertising section to my site.
On it I will offer a way for people to buy ads, textual, flash or image for a set amount per month.

This is the first time I have ever done anything with paid links so want some opinions as I am not trying to decieve the Search Engines.

I make it clear that if the site that links to me is related and the link text they use is present on the page the nofollow is not used.

If however it is not releated or the term is not used in the corresponding page the nofollow attribute is used.

Then where the links are displayed paid links in textual form is placed above them in text format to make it clear to my site visitors, and the search engines, that it is a paid link.

Now I have read the stuff Matt has said on paid links and read his examples but will this get me penalized or not?

As I think I am following the rules but don't want to get mistaken for selling links willy nilly as each ad that is submitted will go through an intentsive evaluation.

I haven't implamented this yet but would like an opinion?

Jaz

If you dont want googlebots to access the page that could affect your PR then add this code in the head section

Code:
<meta name="robots" content="noindex, follow" />

It will stop the bots from indexing that page and/or any links in the page.

Cheers i didn't know that
No seriously I dont want to get done for selling links but matt cutts did give an example of where a directory that pays for higher positions sold links to pay for editoral review would not be classed as selling links in Googles eyes and would therefore not aquire a penalty.

Now my question is, is this the same?
