Work on the landing page and page conversion techniques for your website. Also, check the keywords for which your site get listed on top.
Bounce rate is hugely influenced by the irrelevant keywords for your site.

There are quite few things you need to look at here. Below are few things to consider.

Did you add new content ? If you added what is the bounce rate of those content. These new content might have contributed to making your bounce rate go higher. If this is the case then it is a matter of applying some bounce rate reduction methods to these new pages.
If you haven't added any new pages then you need to analyze your current content. Did you make a design change to the website ? You added some plugin and is it causing the site to load slow ? are broken links hurting user experience etc.
When doing SEO audits I find that the first reasons is the main cause for bound rate increasing.

Things that can help in decreasing the bounce rate of your website are:

    1. Page Speed: Check with the page speed. If the website is loading slow, visitors will not like to stay on your page
    2. All pages should have a clearly decipherable message
    3. Also depends on the appearance of your website. The design should be nice and appealing
    4. No distraction like popup, animation or audio
    5. Content should be relevant and informative and website navigation must be easy.

There is no issue dear. Its not so high bounce rate when you are getting good number of traffic. When it goes above the %50 then you need to worry about that. It could be because you are targeting not exact keywords for you website.

Bounce rate will mostly used to happen when the targeted customers are not satisfied with your landing page..So present the webpage with targeted information and impress the users to browse through other pages of our website..Work well for promoted inner pages..

one reason could be poor page down load, other could be poor content, if both are correct there wouldn't be any such bounce rate

These are the few issues responsible for bounce rate:-

    1) Site loading time
    2) Flash Sites
    3) Hosting problem
    4) Image Size

Bounce rate is the percentage of single-page visits to total visits of a certain Dimension. For example, say you are looking at your Organic Traffic and sort by search engine. You follow the row across and see that Bing is delivering a 75% Bounce Rate. This means that 75% of the visitors coming from Bing to your website during the date range you have selected are visiting one page and leaving your site.
