    Lightbulb SEO friendly webpage embeed

    Hi,

    I need allow my users to embeed my webpage to their site and it is important to make that embed SEO friendly. I'm thinking about these two options:

    1. Using iframe, which is, as far as I understand, not SEO friendly;
    2. And using HTML Object

    Code:
    <object id="contentarea" standby="loading data, please wait..."  title="loading data, please wait..." width="100%" height="100%"
     type="text/html" data="http://my.url"></object>
    I don't know if second way will help me with SEO. I'm not SEO specialist, so I ask any help or any advise regarding my problem. Are there any other solution to embed my webpage to users sites?

    Thanks in advance.

    you may use any language, it is important you have proper keyword inserted title, heading and description. have best of 4% keyword density. if you can write huge, that is 1000 words content it will be great.

    Do you mean the main page? I need my iframe or html object embedded page to be indexed too.
