Crypto Algorithm Question - 24hrs to decrypt this, any ideas?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, I'm new to devshed.

All I know is that it's two words and doesn't use any standard cyphers.

Good luck, and thanks!

read me

For any given random set of bytes, then
Romney Wins
Obama Loses
are equally probable.

You can't just say "here are some bytes, decode them", because there is no information to say whether X or Y is actually a better answer.

Thanks for the reply,

The person that gave me the message said it was not an OTP.
It's two words, the first being 2 letters, the second being 7. 29 characters total, so each 3 number string translates to a letter.

333
634

010
689
203
964
654
634
203

634 and 203 both appear twice.

Does that help, or is it still impossible?

The repeated tokens would only be useful if it were known to be a substitution cipher.

Methods of attack vary in their success rate. COA with only one short sample is largely a waste of effort.
