Am I being Hacked ?tcp/view output

TPC/VIEW output :

My computer was getting stuck a lot ,I felt something wrong.
Above is my tcp/view output of a suspicious connection.
I chat with a person a lot on yahoo and wonder if that person is the Hacker. Behing a Linksys Router and Comodo Firewall , am I safe ?
