Any good snoop detection programs for Windows workstations?

Question Any good snoop detection programs for Windows workstations?
I want to detect if someone is eavesdropping on my screen.

I know there is Black Orifice and alot of other software out there that can sit on your machine, I would like to be able to detect this...
