absolutemonkey, Isn't that code a bunch of chunked data ?

c444l, If you don't mind, Can you tell us how did you decode it to ROT13, Because I have plenty of this crap that I wanna decode??

Yes it is chunked data. From what I can come up with is base64() to be able to be sent as a string. So you first have to base64 decode it. Which gives you RandomIV and a bunch of binary ascii. I've tried lots of ciphers that use IV but can't seem to get anything.
