Decrypting .cfg of a Well T-22P IP phone

Hey,
I have a configuration file of a Well SIP T-22P which is encrypted with 16byte AES. I even have the AES key. My question is simply how I would actually go about decrypting such file - is there any software that would enable me to do this?

Well if you're on Linux, you can do this (you may have to install the aespipe package).

Code:

$ echo "I know a secret" | aespipe > tmp
Password: 
$ odx tmp
000000 13 77 e0 58 48 4c f8 6c 3b fc bf 22 bd 3a 2b c6  >.w.XHL.l;..".:+.<
000010
$ aespipe -d < tmp
Password: 
I know a secret

OpenSSL is usually there--can be a bit of a pain to sort out all the arguments though.
