Decrypting .cfg of a Well T-22P IP phone

Hey,
I have a configuration file of a Well SIP T-22P which is encrypted with 16byte AES. I even have the AES key. My question is simply how I would actually go about decrypting such file - is there any software that would enable me to do this?

Well if you're on Linux, you can do this (you may have to install the aespipe package).

Code:
$ echo "I know a secret" | aespipe > tmp
Password:
$ odx tmp

000010
$ aespipe -d < tmp
Password:
I know a secret

OpenSSL is usually there--can be a bit of a pain to sort out all the arguments though.

Code:
F:\temp>echo Test Message| openssl enc -aes-128-cbc -K 0123456789abcdeffedcba9876543210 -iv 00000000000000000000000000000000 >x.x

F:\temp>xxd x.x
0000000: 4339 24c6 0ed0 6245 7e8a b061 9517 14fc  C9$...bE~..a....

F:\temp>cat x.x | openssl enc -d -aes-128-cbc -K 0123456789abcdeffedcba9876543210 -iv 00000000000000000000000000000000
Test Message
