Domain Hijacking

Hi all
Its come to my attention that another site is showing the content of my site! I am presuming theyre doing this by a redirect or forward as its definitely the same site seen through a different domain name.

How can I block this? Ive tried denying access to the ip address and the domain name but of course this doesnt work as its a transparent redirect and the actual visitor is not the unwanted ip!

Im a bit stuck here, its causing big problems with google as of course theres suddenly massive duplicate content... help
