Exponential Cipher
There is 26-letter English alphabet. There is the text encoding with exponential cipher
Ek(x) = 3x7 mod(26) : XMMPZMLSYMQSZVMZKY .
Help me solve this with iterative attack, to decrypt the text.

a) the forth word in the plain text is: (No Response)
b) who refuse
