My name is Vincent Leung and I am web developer of a small web page design company in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Since I am new to the industry and I would like to get more information regarding mailing list, E-Zines and discussion forums solely for web developer.

If you can do PHP, www.phpbuilder.com. If you can do perl/PHP, try http://www.cgi-resources.com and check out there jobs section. I am only 14, that's how I got my first job (I have a few now). Referals are the best way.
