Norton Firewall Block

I blocked through Norton :

Date: 7/26/01 Time: 9:01:58
This one time, the user has chosen to "block" communications. Details:
Outbound TCP connection
Remote address,service is (forums.devshed.com,http)
Process name is "*eÂ"

Does anyone know or what this is ?

Does it have any relevance to this forumn ?

Is this a cookie/onload submit for username/password stuff ?

Or is this a ghost of sorts ?

I run Norton 2001 Firewall & AntiVirus, and F-Prot Antvirus on the side.

I also Re-Install O/S from scratch every 3 months at the most.

Should I call the CIA in Canada and report a UFO ???

(-: Time to Next Fdisk / Format c:\ /u = 4 days
