PGP Keyring

I have no access to my unix server by telnet etc(no root access), I cannot find out how to add my public key to my keyring. I am using php4 with a view to sending encrypted email from the server.
Any help appreciated.

Well, how do you access your E-mail? What is the OS on that computer and what is the mail client on that computer?
