Toolkit for Perl CGI
Anyone got a line on a toolkit that will allow me to test my perl cgi scripts for known security issues? I want to check any buffer-overruns or funky escaped characters or anything script-kiddie-ish like that.
Prefer free (like beer) and open source.
Should run on FreeBSD, NT, or 9x....bonus if it is a set of perl scripts that will test perl scripts.
This message has gotten only replies to buy books I can't afford, or to stop asking for a script condom.
Please, just tell me if this is an unreasonable request or if something like this exists?
My only alternative is to browse Bugtraq for Perl vulnerabilities and d/l all the scripts and try to use them against my own scripts. This is /massively/ tedious and I would like to avoid it if I can.
I figure the security forum might be a good place to ask about this.
