    Question Iptables

I'm having some trouble here, I have upgraded my Redhat 7.3 firewall to kernel 2.4.20 and ran the latest patch o matic (from netfilter) into the new kernel. When I run the firewall it gives me iptables: Invalid argument at $IPT -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o $INET_IFACE -j MASQUERADE, if I remove this command I no longer get this error but then the firewall will not forward traffic. Also I tried to replace this command with SNAT and the internet ip but I get the same error.

But if I boot back to the old 2.4.18-3 kernel this same firewall script runs fine. Please help
