Password safe / Password wallet
New to forum so I thought I would start with an easy question.
What are you system admins using for password safes / wallets to share passwords amongst your teams?
In the past I have just used password safe (downloadable from sourceforge). We would keep a copy on a file server and make a copy to our local machines weekly
We'd obviously change passwords when a person left the IT team.
I'm looking to do things smarter e.g. using smart phones / skydrive / dropbox.
Has anyone implemented a simple yet secure system?
EDIT - We use windows 7 clients, Windows servers and a mix of iPhones and Androids for smart phones.

There all sorts of password management software out there and it is hard to choose, and this is an important security issue. here are a few I know are pretty good, I suggest you check the vendor sites- see the features, reviews, pricing and even contact customer support for further inquiry:
* Secret Server, KeePass, and LastPass have nice enterprise plans.
* RoboForm Everywhere, Sticky Password, Splash ID safe, and have extensive features and they both have iPhone and Android support.
* RoboForm Everywhere and DataVault also have an online sync option.
