    Is it safe to use keepersecurity.com?

    Hi there;

    Is it safe to save everything with these guys?

    If this is not secure enough then we're screwed.

    Personally I still wouldn't because I'm like that - not a reflection on the company, just that I don't use password managers at all.

    They look like a reputable company, incorporated in 2011 according to the Illinois state business records. Their phone number is a Chicago number, which matches up with the business. There aren't too many job openings with them. The Better Business Bureau gives them an A rating since 2013. Reviews of them/their software are generally good.

    So yeah, it seems fine. I'd be more concerned about being able to have the information stored locally - that is, making sure there's a way for me to not need an internet connection to get passwords. But that might also just be me.

    Thanks

    We have a lot of passwords sitting in Google Drive, Slack & Desktop.

    There is a few of us who constantly share passwords and have to change them as you know some apps require that.

    So we decided to go ahead.

    If you're based in the UK or Ireland you may need to look at this in light of GDPR

    Some people, when confronted with a problem, think "I know, I'll use regular expressions." Now they have two problems.
