Any one you is good at making flash games please help me

Ok, I am working on my own game called Streets of Becky v 1.0 it is sort of in a way a remake of the popular sega game series streets of rage. My only problem is that I have know idea how to make games what so ever. So what Ive done is ive drawn the characters walking. I drew every frame of a person walking and so fourth.
