2. you still didnt offer any more insight into what it is that you're trying to do. wtf is complaint registration docket generation what are the specifications, requirements, etc. what technology are you wanting to use does it need to be web accessable or desktop we only know what you tell us so, tell us something

Technology:jsp/servlet/oracle
It has to be web accessible. When someone submits a complaint he gets an autogenerated docket number through which he can reference his complaint later.

Such things already exist ... you are creating your own system? What specifically is it you need to know then? I assume you already know how to code in JSP and interface with an Oracle database? That would generally be requisite before undertaking the rest of the project.
From a design standpoint, it's pretty simple. Do you have a proposed data structure you want comments on, or ... what?
