Expert Suggestions Required
Need suggestions for an issue being faced between the transaction synchronization of three inter-related IT BSS systems. The exact issue is that if the transaction is failed due to any reason at the upfront system(first layer) it passes on to the third layer system without being notified by the first layer system and due to this alot of transactions which though get failed in the first layer are found successful in the third layer system, the ownerships of these three systems is owned by three different teams and none of them is able to sort out the issue and are not taking ownership of this bug due to which the business is facing serious issue in transaction reconciliation and reporting. Let me also tell you that there are multiple users of the first layer system and remains operational round the clock. An expert opinion from this forum is required to suggest appropriate solution.
