Face detection

need help!

i'm looking for the face detection algorithm that built by using MATLAB and visual C++, the algorithm that i use is skin color (YCbCr color space)

Does anyone know how's the algorithm? i meet problems when come to convertion from YCbCr image to grayscale image, and also filter out the non-face region

i'm doing it for my thesis project...

This is Tania from Bangladesh. In my current semester i'm doing a Project work on Human Face Detection. This is my final semester of B.Sc. I have been research on some papers of "Human Face Detection based on Skin Color Region" (i.e. using color space algorithms). And now i want to implement a code of Face Detection using Matlab or C/C++ or Java. Can anyone give me a good suggestion about on this?? with which one i should go for?? Unfortunately, i'm not good in Programming but i can hard work on this. Even i don't know Matlab. My semester duration is so short, it may be take three months only. So, during this time i must have to need complete my Project work, thats why i have choosing Matlab. In Matlab theres may be given lots of built-in functions which reduce the code size. Please, if anyone know about this theme, let me know. And its really appreciated by you. Thank you all.
