Flow Chart Sofware (recommendations?)
Any recommendations on software to produce flow charts? I need visuals to help me with developing (and sticking to) my hierarchical structure of my software project.

I second Christo's vote for Dia, though I will admit that I am somewhat biased - I'm primarily a Linux user, and I've been considering pitching in on the Dia project. While it's primarily a Linux GNOME application, there are Windows and Mac versions as well.
OTOH, if you have MS Office, odds are you already have Visio (which comes with some editions), which is more complete and probably more familiar to most Office users. There is also a plethora of books, websites and videos to get advice from for it.
On the gripping hand, it also depends on just what you actually need. If your 'flow charts' are really more like UML or cloud diagrams, then a CASE tool such as Rational Rose might make more sense.
