Question Iris Recognition. Need An Iris Database, Please
I have almost finished my Iris Recognition project, but
I need an Iris Image Database showing whole eyes as
requirement. Could anyone tell me where I can get it?.

If someone has CASIA Iris Database, please I'd like him to
send to me only the images where the whole eye is shown
at the 50% of the original Image size.

It's because my Iris Detector is still sensible to non-circular
variations.

Angry Iris and Fingerprint Recognition
Hi all,
Me and my sister are students of The University of Queensland as computer engineer ,and we have to prepare a project about fingerprint and iris recognition in matlab to pass the lesson called image processing . Actually, we have to study about our senior project, so we don't know matlab yet . If you send me your code and tell how we run this code, we will be very pleased . If you think this is not reasonable to give us your code, we can share our codes about something else that you can use. I am waiting your answers as soon as possible. you can contact me from my mail.

We have no enough time to do this project. So we want your help about this project. We found these projects on the net but we cannot change the code. We cannot give these codes. Thank you all.

hey cool_guy, even i am working on this project..are u implementing this project using MATLAB...which algo are u using?i have downloaded libor masek prog..but i m getting a couple of errors when i run this prog..

Hi Arun Nair, Thanks for replying. Yes I am working with the same algorithm "libor masek". Its not too long since I've seen this algo. I am trying to understand the flow of it. but since I dont have database, I don't know how to do the connectivity from Matlab to the database CASIA is providing.
You are right, the iris image database is available on
BLOCKED

So, Ultimately I have no clue how to get it. Also, I found some links on: BLOCKED
to e-mail CASIA for their database, Even after couple e-mails I didn't get any reply from them.

So, I would greatly appreaciate you, if u can either e-mail(v_choithani22@yahoo.com) me the Database, or if not possible then atleast guide(provide links pls) me how to get it?

Iris Recognition - Eye Image Database - need help
Hi! Everybody, I’m currently working on Iris Recognition based on Libor Masek’s implementation. I need the eye images for testing the system. I’ve sent the application form requesting for the eye image database to CSBR, but no luck. If any of you have the database or information of how to get it please help me out by replying back.

Thumbs up first steps
hi I am Eyad alabsi i have finished my final project on iris recognition system which gives the results that are better than the results from libor masek. (on both recognition rate and processing time).
the first steps are:
1) download the iris images database CASIA databse ver1.0 (URL address blocked) (download the application form, fill it , and send it after few days you will get the download link).

2) to understand how matalb treate with images read chapter 1,2 and 3 from the book titled : Digital image processing using matlab by Gonzalez & Woods.

3) to have a good background on image processing you have to read the book titled : Digital image processing by the same authors but its more detailed than the matlab version.

Hey Eyad, this is Arun..I am doing my B.E final year project on 'Iris Recognition System'.I'm using MATLAB 7.0 version for implementing the code.
I have downloaded Libor Masek code and trying to understand it but since I'm very new to Matlab, I can't understand all the codes.
