Neural Network for Iris Recognition System

Hi.

I am trying to develop an Iris Recognition Neural Network. I do not need to code the image processing, just the Neural Network. I'd try to do it, but time is way too short, so I'm trying to get processed images' values to use as inputs to my Neural Network.

I see that a lot of people here worked on this kind of system so could you give me a little help? I do not need the source code, just some values that I can use

If you can build an executable file that outputs those values, I'll get them myself, if you want.

PS: I found a DLL (by memset_0xfcbd) that probably does what I need, but I have no clue how to use it ... shame on me :P if you know that it works, some help with it is extremely appreciated
