Simple beat detection from audio ?
How can I detect beats in an audio file(*.WAV) to syncronize with 2D or 3D animation ?
Is it possible without learning Digital Signal Processing,
I just want to create a program that creates video clips with syncronized animation for songs.

Simple beat detecting from audio ?
For that you can use movies maker and pinnacle software ,it's provide you synchronized video clips with audio.These video you can easily upload on your website.
