Simplest processing capacity that a processor required to play a Audio file

I am having an Audio file of .wav & .amr with 118 kbps of bit rates . Could someone pls share your answer for " what is the minimum requirements needed by the processor in terms of cache, capacity / even mobile processor. with minimum configuration.
