Question System restore APIs for Win2k & Win98

Hello All

I know that WindowsXP comes with System Restore API which rolls back changes upto the Restore Point.

I want to know that is there any API or opensource software for Windows 98/2k to perform the following tasks

-undo all installationns
-undo registery changes
-restore deleted files/desktops and links

please help me out i will be very greatful
