Total newbie Programmer - 2D Image Analysis
Hello All!
I am attempting to write a piece of software that will take a given image and row by row/pixel by pixel return a result of either one or zero based on the user defined values of pixel intensity, brightness, shade etc.
This is fairly simple, I would appreciate any guidance on what language to use etc...(python?)
If I wanted to hire some for this where would I go?
