AFAIK they're just marked in the database as being deleted, so they don't show up when viewing threads. They are still there though, so the rep stays. This inconsistency is likely to be because the rep is an addon, rather than a core part of vBulletin.

I could be all wrong, of course.

What is this league tables, i have not seen these, frankly i don't care, what is the point of them? Some newbie will not know they exist, once they get their help they will (or maybe stick around) that's there choice. IMO the tables should go.

And that's "ridiculous"? Would you rather it was all one horribly designed table? Good database design generally means quite a few tables. Normalization. All dependent upon the application, though.
