blue rep dot??

What does it mean when theres a blue(instead of red or green) dot in the reputation recieved part of user cp?

Also it doesnt actually seem to be in any of my posts.

are you sure it's not grey? That means the user has 0 rep power so it doesn't have any affect.

hmm more blue than grey but thats probably it. Supposedly the first rep i got - according to the date, so it makes sense that the person had no rep power at the very beginning, i just never saw it before . .

Will the agree/disagree not appear in the post if the person has no rep power?

Yep, zero rep power = no comments displayed and no rep given(or taken away)
