Can [phpnet] tags point to www.php.net instead of us2.php.net?

Can [phpnet] tags point to www.php.net instead of us2.php.net?
I meant to bring this up a while ago, but I, uhm...went on vacation for a bit (we'll say).

Anyhow, going to www.php.net generally redirects you to a mirror closer/within your own country. Since DS has users from all over, the [phpnet] tags should point to www instead of us2. Can someone make that quick fix, please?
